Detailresult Velsen Noord supplies meat products to the Dirk van den Broek supermarket chain. To meet the strict hygiene requirements in the food industry, a reliable and efficient cleaning process is essential. Manual or outdated washing systems can be a bottleneck in the production process, which is why Detailresult went in search of an advanced and future-proof solution.
Their existing machine had insufficient capacity, which meant that crate processing was not optimal. Detailresult was looking for a system that not only worked faster, but also delivered perfectly clean and dry results. Thanks to a previous positive experience with Supura, the choice for a new collaboration was obvious.

What we did
A customized industrial washing system for maximum capacity
Together with Detailresult, we analyzed the existing situation and developed a modular tunnel washer that fully met their requirements.
Our solution:
- Higher capacity: processing of 2,000 crates per hour.
- Improved drying: integrated heated air vent for a dry end result.
- User-friendliness: an easy-to-operate and maintenance-friendly installation.
To ensure the cleaning results, Detailresult inspected various installations in advance and conducted test trials with their own crates. This enabled us to jointly guarantee that the installation would fit in perfectly with their production process.
