Detailresult Velsen Noord handles butchery products for supermarket chain Dirk van den Broek. To meet the strict hygiene requirements in the food industry, a reliable and efficient cleaning process is essential. Manual or outdated washing installations can be a bottleneck in the production process, which is why Detailresult was looking for an advanced and future-proof solution.

Their existing machine had too low a capacity, so crate processing was not optimal. Detailresult was looking for a system that not only worked faster, but also delivered a perfectly clean and dry result. Thanks to a previous positive experience with Supura, the choice for a new partnership was obvious.

What we did

A customised industrial washing installation for maximum capacity

Together with Detailresult, we analysed the existing situation and developed a modular tunnel washer that fully met their needs.

Our solution:

Higher capacity: processing 2,000 crates per hour.
Improved drying: integrated heated blow-off for a dry end result.
User-friendliness: an easy-to-operate and low-maintenance installation.

To provide certainty about the cleaning result, Detailresult looked at several installations in advance and carried out test runs with their own crates. Together, we could thus guarantee that the installation perfectly matched their production process.
