What personal data do we process?
Billing
If you place an order with us, we will also process data that is necessary for sending invoices and processing payments for the services we provide. In addition to your contact details, this includes your bank account number and any other payment details.
Contact
If you contact us via the contact form on the website, by email, or by telephone, we will process the information you provide. This includes the contact details you provide (name, email address, telephone number) and the reason why you are contacting us (for example, because you have a question).
Website visitor analysis
Finally, we process analytical data about visitors to our website (and their computers) via cookies that are placed when you visit the website. These cookies store (part of) the visitor's IP address.
Leadinfo Inc.
We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, Netherlands. The tool recognizes company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies to evaluate user behavior on our website and processes domains from form entries (e.g., "Leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services. For what purposes and on what basis do we process personal data?
Billing
We use the payment details you have provided to invoice you for our services. This processing is necessary to perform the agreement you have entered into with us.
Contact
We use the contact details you provide to us to contact you if necessary, for example to answer a question. We process this personal data because it is necessary for the representation of our legitimate interest, namely the interest of being able to carry out our work and obtain new assignments.
Website visitor analysis
The data we collect about visitors to the website is used solely to compile statistics about visits to the website (for example, to see which pages are viewed most often). The data is stored anonymously.
How long do we retain your personal data?
Administration
We retain our records, including invoices and other documents containing the personal data of parties, for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in order to comply with the statutory retention obligation.
Other contact details
We retain other contact details for one year after the last contact, unless you submit a request to us to delete them earlier.
Website visitor analysis
Data about website visitors is stored for two years after visiting the website; these are the default settings of Google Analytics.
Who do we share your data with?
